This podcast is about organizations supporting a specific project (python, drupal, …) or fiscal sponsorship organizations (openjs, numfocus, SFC …) or open collective that is an intermediary to collect funds on behalf of projects.
I’m familiar with most of them and it is not relevant to fedeproxy because it is all about Free Software projects that are very well known. And not about new, emerging projects in their bootstrap phase.
I don’t think there exists organization that provide services to emerging projects. The reason is simple: these organizations have staff (non developers) and their salary is derived from the grants / donations flowing to the projects. Emerging projects are, in general, not funded at all and have no donations from which they could get any significant funds. And since there are thousands of emerging projects, helping them could drain their resources very quickly.
